Allow approximately one hour or 90 minutes for your session depending on what you have booked. (We encourage early arrival, as mentioned above, so that our introductions and orientation to facilities don’t interrupt our EAL horse time.)
It's important to keep in mind that we'll be working outside, so it's best to wear sturdy, fully enclosed footwear(not steel caps).
Additionally, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, such as wearing a hat and sun cream on a sunny day, bringing a raincoat if it's rain(Dec-April), or a warm jacket if it's cold(May-Sep). Don't worry if you forget to bring boots or a raincoat, we have some available on hand.
Lastly, please inform us if you have any allergies to animals, sand, grass, bees, or certain foods. We want to make sure you're comfortable and safe throughout the experience.
Don't forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the session. And be aware that you may get a bit dirty while participating in the horse-connected activities.
We understand that sometimes an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your session so that another participant can be offered that appointment time.
Please call, text or email to cancel your appointment, it is ok to leave a voice message.
Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will be charged the session fee.
Group sessions will require at least 7 days. 50% of the charges be retained for late cancellations.
Equineistic NT reserves the right to be lenient in strenuous situations.
All sessions can be designed to suit your needs. We can schedule a free consultation to address your specific needs, goals, to then determine the corresponding fees.
