Work-related stress and trauma impact people in different ways. Some experience burnout or compassion fatigue, leading to exhaustion, disengagement, or negativity. Others may develop vicarious trauma, with symptoms such as sleep disturbances, fearfulness, or withdrawal—similar to post-traumatic stress reactions.
Our Equine-Assisted Team Programs offer a unique opportunity to unwind, reconnect, and build resilience. Participants leave feeling more present, aware, and connected, not just to themselves but also to those around them. Horses respond to authentic presence, body language, and intention, helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and leadership skills in a natural and engaging way.
Why Horses?
🐴 The Way of the Horse – Horses are social, emotionally intelligent beings that have lived in herds for millions of years. They embody clear communication, leadership, and adaptability, making them powerful partners in learning how to build strong relationships and manage stress effectively.
🌿 Nature-Based Learning – Stepping away from the office and into nature promotes relaxation, focus, and openness to new ways of thinking and learning.
🔎 Authentic Feedback – Horses respond to clear intention and congruent actions, helping participants recognise how their energy, presence, and communication affect those around them.
🔄 Safe Space for Experimentation – Through guided activities, participants can explore new ways of leading, setting boundaries, and improving communication, helping them grow both personally and professionally.
This experiential approach allows individuals and teams to gain fresh perspectives, strengthen relationships, and develop key leadership skills—all while working alongside these incredible animals.
Lunch, morning, or afternoon tea available upon request.
