Meet Monique - Facilitator & Founder

I’m a proud mum of three beautiful kids and a lifelong Katherine local, raised in a big, blended family, and through that I learned the importance of connection, adaptability, and finding your own voice. Growing up surrounded by wide open spaces and horses, I learned early on that the most powerful lessons often come in stillness, presence, and trust.

Horses have always been my greatest teachers — showing me how to hold space, listen without judgment, and stand strong in authenticity. They’ve carried me through heartbreak, motherhood, and life’s transitions, reminding me again and again that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

That truth is at the heart of everything I offer. Whether it’s through equine-assisted learning, women’s circles, or 1:1 coaching, I create spaces where people can release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their inner truth, and step into the next chapter of their lives with confidence and clarity.

My approach is simple:
- Safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed.
- Rooted in presence, authenticity, and compassion.
- Guided by the belief that you are not broken — you are becoming.

I believe we all carry the strength to heal, grow, and transform — sometimes we just need the right space and support to remember who we are.

If you’ve found your way here, trust that it’s for a reason. I’d love to walk beside you on this journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

Let me introduce our Team!

Meet Digger!
Hey there! I’m Digger, the slightly vision-challenged rookie from Ngukurr. I may get a little jumpy when I can’t see what’s going on—who wouldn’t? But don’t worry, I make up for it with my charm (and my love for carrots… seriously, I might be turning orange!). Can’t wait to meet you at Equineistic NT! 🥕🐴

    Why Choose Equineistic NT?
