At Equineistic NT, we believe everyone deserves the chance to explore who they are, express themselves freely, and strengthen the skills that support resilience and wellbeing.

Our 90-minute Creative Sessions bring together art, nature, and time with horses to create a calming, hands-on experience. Depending on the group, sessions may include:

• 🎨 Painting and creative art – self-expression through colour and imagination 
• 🍪 Making treats – fun, practical activities that build joy and focus 
• 🌿 Nature play and exploration – grounding connection to the outdoors 
• 🐴 Time with horses – gentle interaction that fosters confidence, awareness, and presence
   

These sessions aren’t about performance — they’re about presence.

They encourage children, teens, and adults to:
